No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed.

Exception – Non-Delivery
Refunds are only issued in the rare case where a product is never received by the customer due to carrier error or other verified shipping issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. While this does not qualify for a refund, we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
